3月2日召开的中央应对新冠肺炎疫情工作领导小组会议指出，全国城乡广大社区工作者为抗击疫情作出了重要贡献，各地要进一步关心关爱他们。
A meeting of the leading group of the Communist Party of China Central Committee on coping with the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak on Monday commended community workers for making important contributions to fighting the epidemic and urged local authorities to beef up support and care for them.
当前除湖北外我国疫情总体处于较低水平，出现向好态势，但要进一步控制疫情散发，防止偶发聚集性疫情，社区防控是重要关口和基础。3月2日召开的中央应对新冠肺炎疫情工作领导小组会议指出，各地要采取务实措施关心关爱防控一线城乡社区工作者。在疫情防控期间，对一线社区工作者给予适当工作补助。对从事防控工作时发生事故伤害或患病的人员，符合法定情形的应认定为工伤。因履行职责感染或病亡的人员，按规定享受相关待遇。要改善社区工作者防护条件，合理配发口罩、防护服等防护用品。安排好就餐、休息场所等生活条件。抽调机关事业单位干部职工支援基层，采取轮休等方式使社区工作者得到必要休整，对长时间高负荷工作人员安排强制休息。制止多头重复向基层派任务、要表格，力戒形式主义，为基层减负。帮助有特殊困难的社区工作者及家属排忧解难。
