携号转网

Starting from Dec 1, subscribers in Tianjin and Hainan, Jiangxi, Hubei and Yunnan provinces can text to their telecom networks to see if their accounts are eligible for network swtich.
12月1日起，天津、海南、江西、湖北、云南五省（市）的手机用户可发短信进行携转资格查询。
所谓携号转网（switch telecom networks without number change），就是号码可携带、移机不改号，手机用户可以在不换号码的情况下更换不同的基础电信运营商（telecom operators），原手机号码继续保留。英语里也可以直接说change mobile service provider without changing number。
12月1日起，上述五省（市）手机用户可短信查询是否具有携号转网资格并申请授权码，需要发送短信指令“SQXZ#用户名#证件号码”发送至归属运营商（existing operator/network），移动用户是10086，联通10010，电信10001，稍后将收到授权码（authorization code）。申请成功后，用户需要到携入营业厅进行办理。
新流程启用后，用户办理完携转业务后1个小时内（到下一个整点时刻）即可正式携转到新的运营商，大大缩短了转网生效时间。
